Do we ship internationally? We sure do! All details can be found on our shipping information page.
What is my estimated delivery time? Well that all depends on where you live, and the postage option you have selected. UK first class orders we estimate 1-3 working days, UK second class we estimate 3-5 working days. International orders within Europe (EU) we estimate 5-10 working days, and anywhere else in the world 7-14 working days. Note: only working days are counted, this does not include weekends or holidays.
What do i do if my order still hasn't arrive after the estimated time? If your order still hasn't arrived after the estimated time from the shipment date (you'll receive a shipment email), you can contact us at email@example.com and we can look into it further for you. Note: International orders can sometimes get delayed in transit by customs delays, exceptional circumstances etc.
Can I track the status of my order? We currently only offer tracked shipping for international orders, this option must be selected during the checkout process. Once we have shipped your order you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number that can be used to track your order here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Where is my order confirmation? Once you have placed an order with us, you should instantly receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason you did not receive this email (please check your spam folder), or you entered the incorrect email address by mistake, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get it resent to you.
Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges? Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We recommend that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for UK orders.
What is our returns policy? Please see our returns policy information page for all the details.
Will my postage costs be refunded? Unfortunately postage costs will only be refunded if your product is faulty or damaged.
Why have I been charged the incorrect amount? We never take more of your money than we are suppose to. Inkase is a UK based brand so all transactions and all prices are listed on our website are in GBP (£). If you are placing an order outside of the UK that uses a currency other then GBP the amount displayed on your bank statement will be in your own currency. We recommend using an online currency converter to check the estimated amount before placing your order.
Are your phone cases flexible or hard plastic? All our cases are made from a flexible plastic, they vary depending on the range of cases but they are still all flexible. More details about the material of each case can be found on the specific product page.
Do your phone cases cover all the edges of my phone? Indeed they do! We've got all sides covered with cut out's for your charging cable, aux, and silent mode switch. For the rest of your buttons the case is specially crafted so you can still have perfect use of them while still being protected.
Are your phone cases slightly raised over the front of your screen? Yes they are! The cases are slightly raised over the edge so if you put it screen down the screen does not touch the surface to help protect it.
