We ship worldwide via Royal Mail which is a reliable and affordable service that allows us to offer a flat rate shipping of:

United Kingdom Standard 2nd Class: £1.99 per order (3 - 5 working days)

United Kingdom Standard 1st Class: £2.50 per order (1 - 3 working days)

Europe (EU) Standard (No Tracking): £3.99 per order (5 - 10 working days)

Europe (EU) Tracked: £7.99 per order (5 - 10 working days)

International Standard (No Tracking): £4.99 per order (7 - 14 working days)

International Tracked: £9.99 per order (7 - 14 working days) 

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days to ensure that your package reaches you as soon as it possibly can. 

Standard post does not provide tracking information or insurance. If you require a faster delivery, tracked, expedited or insured shipping for any reason, please message us to discuss the additional costs before placing your order.

Please be aware that all estimated delivery times are those supplied by Royal Mail and that once shipped, packages can sometimes be delayed in transit by exceptional circumstances, customs delays, etc. but these are rare occurrences. Royal Mail states an item is not lost until 10 working days (UK), 20 working days (EU) and 25 working days (rest of the world) have passed from the due date as orders can still be delivered within that time. 

If your order seems to have been delayed or does not reach you please contact us to discuss. In the extremely rare case that a package is lost we will work with you to replace it, once a sufficient amount of time has passed to rule out any delays.

Please be aware of the potential for customs and import duties on packages (particularly those of a greater value). These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
